Speaker Diarization

The Speaker Diarization module automatically processes multi speaker audio recordings, identifying each speaker, the timing of their speech segments and the duration of each turn. For example, in a call centre conversation involving customer, agent and a third party, the system accurately determines who spoke when. This enables more efficient analysis and reporting of voice data, facilitating agent performance measurement and training purposes.
